How to buy

Our cows are sold by a  whole, half. or quarter cow.

A half cow costs around $2500.  This will yield approximately 180 pounds of frozen beef cut to your specifications or standard cut.  A $300 deposit is required for a half cow.

You will pick your cow up from the processor or ranch.
