American style Wagyu beef is tender and wonderful tasting; It is a cross between wagyu and angus. It is not rated on the traditional USDA scale such as prime, select, or choice because it exceeds those standards. The fat is not intramuscular like those found in grain fed beef or other products sent to feed lots.
